CITRUS practices stands for Care, Intimacy, TRaUma-informed and Safer practices in the arts. We are a gathering of arts workers who first came together in 2020.

We seek to infuse zest into enabling greater sustainability in the arts. By engaging with people and organisations – within and beyond the arts – we connect and expand conversations around the structures and conditions of working in the arts today. Our shared horizon is for the arts to deeply care for, refresh and nourish both arts workers and audiences alike.
